7-Day Reflection Journey journal (PDF), provided during the personalized feedback session.
Disclaimer: These services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or academic counseling.
3. Booking and Payment

Advance payment is required to receive the Brain Profile Assessment link.

Payment secures your session and is non-refundable once the assessment link has been issued.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation (Feedback Sessions)

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Emergencies will be considered at TeenUpHub’s discretion.
5. Refunds

Assessments: Non-refundable once the Neuro Link assessment link has been issued.

Feedback Sessions: Non-refundable unless canceled by TeenUpHub.

Digital Materials (Resilience Toolkit & Reflection Journey): Delivered during the feedback session and non-refundable once provided.
6. Confidentiality

All sessions and assessment data are confidential.

Information will only be disclosed with consent or if legally required.

Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
7. Children’s Privacy

No data is collected from individuals under 18 without verified parental consent.

Explicit parental/guardian consent is required for minors completing assessments.

Services may be refused without verified consent.

Clients are responsible for having the required technology (internet connection, device access).
