It gives you a starting point for understanding yourself better — not only in work and everyday life, but also in your relationships with the people around you.

For parents, completing your own Brain Profile can be especially valuable alongside your teen’s. Understanding your own patterns and preferences can help you recognise the differences between you, bridge moments of misunderstanding or disconnection, and create space for deeper connection.

How does it work?

Once your payment has been received, you’ll receive a link to complete your assessment online. It takes approximately 40–60 minutes and there is nothing to study or prepare beforehand — it is based on your natural preferences.

After completing the assessment, you’ll receive your Brain Profile Report, Action Plan and video feedback.

You’ll then book your 90-minute Personal Feedback & Strategy Session, where we’ll unpack your profile together, answer your questions and connect what we’ve discovered to your everyday life.

We’ll also work through your personalised TeenUp Brain Strategy Toolkit, with practical strategies relevant to your profile and needs — which may include areas such as stress, communication, decision-making, focus, brain fitness, relationships and everyday habits.
